One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

I couldn’t be more happy with the decision to have One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning Lee’s Summit install a whole home Aprilaire Humidifier and new thermostat. Everyone in the house including my 3 year old suffers from allergies and we had gone through several one room humidifiers for night time. In just a short time after being installed, we’ve noticed a huge difference in not only not being as congested, but a cleaner, fresher air smell. The crew that installed it couldn’t have been more punctual and they were very easy to work with. I’d strongly suggest adding this to your home system.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DESERVES TO BE HIGHLIGHTED. So for folks in Lee’s Summit and in the KC area I just have to give a huge shout out to One Hour Heating and Air. I had no idea how much a new A/​C and furnace would cost, but when we needed one, I am glad we called them. Not only was their work excellent, but when a customer service issue cropped up – a potentially huge one that certainly cut into their profit on our job – they made the hard decision and made it right. Legally they were not bound to do anything, and could have just taken the money and left us dissatisfied. But they didn’t. Steve Kurtz, the owner, is a man of integrity. These are the kind of people you want to give your business to.

I’ve used this company on a couple of occasions. They even do Groupons from time to time, and it’s a great deal. They’re prompt, efficient, take time to explain things, and above all provide support after service. I actually had an issue with A/​C post furnace inspection (a few months later), and when I told the service man about it and the previous visit, he said there will be no charge for the call/​trip, and then proceeded to fix the issue and fully service the A/​C – that’s a company that cares. Will absolutely call again for any heating/​AC needs!

Between James, Kai and the Owner, they spent a lot of time and energy fixing my A/​C unit. My husband was released from a very long stay in the hospital and I had NO A/​C! Kai even took an extra step and let us use a window air unit in case my a/​c unit wasn’t working when he came home. Thank you so very much! Your kindness and over the top advice will keep me one of your loyal customers!

We decided to upgrade our entire heating and cooling system after are hot water heater went down. Sales representative Billy LeBrun from One Hour heating and cooling came to our home and gave us a competitive quote. The representative was very knowledgeable and they offer great financing. When we turned on are air conditioner for the first time it did not work properly. A representative came out promptly and discovered a slug had fried are circuit board. Within an hour we had a new circuit board free of cost under their warranty policy. I highly recommend One Hour heating and cooling.

We called our regular heating and air conditioning service company for our AC unit which had ceased to work. They were unable to come out for at least five days. Steve of One Hour came out at 1:30 and we had the air back on by 2:00. We signed up for the one year service and will now use them regularly.

Also in the comfort club with this group and they go out of their way to make sure my AC and Furnace tune-up’s are scheduled and performed. Had them replace my entire heat pump system several years ago after a lightning strike to my outside unit and living through some problems with my 15 year old system.
The technicians were very courteous and the work for the most part was performed correctly the first time. I did have to call them back out because of a problem that appeared, but the quickly dispatched a technician to take care of the problem.
Recommend this group for anyone looking for a reputable dealer that is more cost effective (yes I have used other services) than some of the other local HVAC groups!

This is a great company. We are in their comfort club, I think it is $ 14/​mo but includes discounts on services and then one AC and one furnace tune-​up per year. Tim and Thomas are both great and highly recommended.
We have an aging HVAC system and these technicians have done whatever they can to keep it running (safely) until we can spend the money to get a new one. Thank you!

They came first thing this morning and the technician was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. After speaking with the General Manager, we were given a discount (member price) and the service fee was waived.
