Hansen Orthodontic Specialists

I called to make a consultation for my daughter a few days ago. They were on my top list for orthodontics to take my child to. I heard so many great things about them that I needed to make sure I checked in with them, but when I called them I was extremely disappointed with the help that I received. I was turned off by how fake, and false they came off when they answered the phone. As I was talking to them on the phone they weren’t personable at all and I felt like I was just another patient. I think I will be taking my daughter elsewhere.

I’m a bit of a unique case to have an orthodontist that resides in a different state (I’m in AZ) but Dr. Hansen is THAT good! She has been so flexible with my schedule, since I’m only in state once per quarter. They are so up-​to-​date with technology, even offering skype appointments to check in on my progress if necessary, when I need a check and can’t get there!
I have been so happy with their staff. Each and every person that works there is kind, positive, and truly does great work. Dr. Hansen is an absolute artist, and is seriously working miracles with my crooked teeth in record time. I can’t recommend them enough!

I cannot imagine a better orthodontist than Dr. Hansen. Not only does she make treatment easy, but she is friendly, funny, and truly cares about her patients.
Besides the wonderful service by her and her staff, Dr. Hansen’s office is the coolest one I have ever seen. From TVs, magazines, and books in the waiting room to a game area with a Wii and Rock Band (complete with sound absorbers in order to not disturb others) to headphones and movies available to patients during the dental checks and procedures, Dr. Hansen’s office has everything you could imagine.
The fantastic staff, caring doctor, and beautiful and comfortable office makes Dr. Hansen the only orthodontist I would choose to straighten my teeth. After finishing the Red, White, and Blue straightening system with her, I couldn’t be happier with my beautiful new smile!
