I give them a 3.5. Due to price increases and the impending April increase, I decided to start making my own cigarettes. The staff was helpful in going over my choice in terms of how to make my own smoke. Also the selection seems to be the best in the immediate area and the prices are also the best.
Where this store fell short with me is knowledge of the products. Specifically, I was looking for tubes that did not have perforations and had a cork colored tip. They had no clue. Well one clue, they said brand X had perforations. But no idea of the other 10 or so brands. Unfortunately, few of these brands have web sites either.
Sigh, the only thing worse than bad marketing is no marketing.
I’ll be back but I have no sense of loyalty here.
