We stopped by here during the Dock Sale. They have a sale every year where the cheesecakes & pies are«40−60%» off. They literally sell the cakes and pies off the loading dock. They list the different cheesecakes & pies on their website. The website also states that it’s «first come, first serve». The sale is on Friday/Saturday, & I have a feeling that most gets sold on Friday because we come by at 11am Saturday and there were only two types of cheesecakes available &3 of them were available for purchase & then pick them up a week later. We decided on the«New York style» cheesecake for $ 15 bucks. It’s normally $ 36.95 on their website, but that one is also listed at 4.5lbs & the one we got was right under 4lbs. So I’m not sure if they downsize some for the sale or not. The cheesecake is frozen & you then let the piece you want thaw in the fridge for 6 hours, or that’s how they recommend it. I really enjoyed the cheesecake. It had a good, rich cheese flavor, it’s not overly sweet like some can be. The crust on the thicker than most, it being a New York style. Would I buy one at the $ 36.95? I’m not sure. I think I’ll kept it as a dock sale treat.

I consider myself a bit of a «cheesecake connoisseur»… my husband and I have cheesecake every year on our anniversary and so we’re always on the hunt for the next great slice! This year I was introduced to Tennessee Cheesecake through Sharing Spree. We ordered the 3 lb turtle cheesecake and decided to pay shipping instead of driving to Mt. Juliet to pick it up. It arrived quickly and in perfect, still-frozen condition. My husband, who is hard to impress, and I both thought this was the BEST cheesecake we had ever eaten. It blows The Cheesecake Factory cheesecake out of the water. We will certainly be purchasing another one for next year’s anniversary(if not sooner!) I think we’ve found our celebratory cheesecakes for life!

Companies that send out Tennessee Cheesecake for Christmas presents are my favorite, hands down. That is actually how I found out about it, and now it’s open to the public! They have some amazing cheesecake. I’ve only had the original, which I think is the best to judge since you can’t be fooled by the fancy fillings. The original comes in 3, 5, or 6 lbs cakes, ranging from 24, 32 and 55 dollars. Best part, you can refreeze them to make them last up to three months. They also do a variety of chocolates — Turtle, Chocolate Chip, Mocha Swirl. Then come the fruits — Cherry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Orange Sherbert, Key lime. Not to mention — Peppermint and Pumpkin. And, you can get them all in an assortment.
