I was traveling through town and want to eat some sushi and looked on Unilocal and saw the good reviews for this place. I had lunch there and it was very good and reasonably priced. People are very friendly and service is awesome

Very friendly service, good sushi, and fantastic presentation. Get the red bean ice cream for desert. Sounds frightening; tastes great. I was not expecting great sushi in Lebanon, but I found it.

Ordered the teriyaki Lunch box and the spicy tuna roll lunch portion which came with miso soup as well. The box had 4 pc California roll, fried rice, teriyaki chicken on a bed of teriyaki covered shredded greens. All of the flavors were great with the exception of the salad dressing which I personally did not care for, others might disagree. The chicken was tender and well cooked. I base the largest part of my opinion of a good sushi restaurant around how good their seafood and eel sauces are, and this place has great sauce with no up charge! Definitely the best sushi place north of Springfield that I have been to! And this place is right off the highway which makes it a quick stop for travelers on I-​44.

What a great place! We tried it out with a group of 12 on a Sunday afternoon and the service was excellent. Everyone was happy with the variety & flavors of the sushi we ordered. The atmosphere is best described as simple and relaxed. No funky chairs or low lighting, which I was pretty thankful for since we had been at Bennett Springs all day and our gathering was spur of the moment. They have a few simple kid-​friendly meals like sweet and sour chicken, etc. if anyone in your party isn’t a fan of sushi rolls and the like. Overall a casual, satisfying experience.

Excellent! The fare compares to any quality sushi I’ve ever had. They have every kind of roll, sushi, and sashimi you would expect, including sushi boats, plus hibachi and bento boxes. Excellent miso soup and house salad. The presentation of my volcano roll was the coolest I’ve ever seen – it came out sitting in a bed of alcohol fire that burned for 10 minutes. Truly outstanding.
