Yesterday my 77 year old grandma experienced 2nd degree burns after a very rude employee practically through her coffee through the window without a lid on it. I did contact corporate office after no one even offered a sincere apology. Instead we got eye rolls… and «well, we get it on us all the time and never get burns». It was just a bad and very sad experience. People just have no compassion anymore or respect for themselves or others. Today her burn is raised and fluid filled, 5 inches long and more than an inch wide the whole way. Hopefully their staff improves in the future.

I’m not sure what going to the bathroom has to do with buying coffee. Those girls come in at 5 am to make sure that you get your coffee. There is how ever a problem with the customer taking carts thru the line. The coffee is always good in fact if your not happy with it they will replace it. And if you don’t like the service you can go someplace else no one cares about your bathroom observations

This might possibly be the worst one I’ve been to. There’s a thin aisle between it and the customer assistance stand, and people are constantly road-​blocked with carts. There’s one blond employee who is grouchy, rude and most likely constipated. I don’t know why she bothers showing up, and why they put up with her general malaise. They do have a good manager, and the location isn’t her fault, but the demeanor of the staff is something she should handle.
After I get a drink, I usually have to fartuccino.

I Love our Starbucks here in our Marketplace Kroger. Employees are Friendly and very Happy and Personable, with Outstanding Customer Service. It is setup to meet all our needs. It has a layout of diner table and chairs, but also around the corner it has very comfortable leather sofas for relaxation while you are enjoying your tea or coffee in the book area. This is my favorite place to relax… Thank you Kroger Marketplace for providing a Starbucks that is so pleasant. I do want to add. I was in the Mason Starbucks on Montgomery Rd.
