Beware of these people! Two weeks ago I took to them (the 1340 West Main, Lebanon location) three suits and three shirts to be pressed and dry-​cleaned (1-​14-​2016). I could not retrieve the suits the next weekend due to the weather (1-​23-​2016). While there I asked if they did alterations and they responded «yes» but they would have to send them to the other location at 319 East Main Street store. I said that would be OK, I would not need them till (1-​31-​2016). The alterations were simple enough. The trousers were to be let out from the seat and thats it. I returned to pick up my suits and I find that loose threads were still in all the trousers, not pressed in the seat (creases from the old location of the seam still present) and a hole had been cut in one of the trousers. I showed this to the guy, I did’t ask for his name, and he pretend to not to notice the hole, only acknowledging the loose threads and the old creases. He offered to press them again but I needed them the next day. I kept showing him the hole and he finally responded with «that’s the nature of the business»! What arrogance! This was the first and last time I will use Sparkle Cleaners. You only have one chance to make a good impression and they blew it! Leave your clothes there at your own risk! Michael Braswell
