this place was ok. Fun to walk around and look but price was more like retail pricing. I found nothing that was truly a outlet store price. I found a number of items that were damaged and the last ones (of things I was looking for) and when asked about the price they said that they could not mark down damaged items and would just send them back to the manufacter.

Came in to purchase a knife sharpener. When talking to the sales representative, he acted annoyed when I asked him questions, and was downright rude! A place that did not and will not see my money EVER!
Other then a rude salesperson the interior was set-​up beautifully. A shame really since no matter how nice the décor and setup is customer service is till KING!

a strange outlet mall that sits out in the middle of nowhere, we stopped in here on our way home from vacation to see the Christmas stuff they had for sale, walked in to a huge store filled with everything from knives to walnut bowls to precious moments figurines, lots of them. the customer service needs some work, but the prices were pretty decent on the various items that I looked at. the place is worth checking out even if it’s just to see the array of merchandise for sale here.

Saw the «Denby seconds» billboard and stopped here on a cross-​country road trip. Didn’t buy anything because I was short on time, but the selection was quite good and prices sort of reasonable. I know Denby is $$$, but a teapot was still $ 50+. The store had Chicago cutlery, frames, clocks etc. but wasn’t interested in those.
Customer service was ok. Not the friendly MO receptions I’ve usually had.
A little unsettling to note that I-​44 is speckled with knife outlets…
