We had an incident where our back window, on our Toyota Sequoia SUV, fell out of its track and wouldn’t go up. Our 6 kids were in the truck on a very chilly day. WE stopped into Safelite, on a Saturday, and they brought the truck in and evaluated the problem. The told us what was wrong but couldn’t fix the issue. They proceeded to neatly tape plastic on the back window and sent us on our way. Very friendly, very professional and didn’t even charge us! Thanks Safelite, will keep you in mind when needed!
