Went in over the 4th of July holiday when my Samsung G4 stopped taking a charge. Rebecca helped determine that the phones charging port was likely the cause after she cleaned out the opening and tried several different charging cables.
As she could see I was in a state of desperation she suggested another store in Albany may be able to help.
I am rarely impressed with customer service these days… as it rarely exists! But Rebecca went above and beyond! Thank you very much for your help and your recommendation. I was able to get it repaired the next day!
