Loved the setting of this establishment. Beautiful and very peaceful. It is very clean. The petting zoo area is well maintained and the animals seem well taken care of. I had a hot fudge sundae with chocolate peanut butter ice cream. The sundae was very good, but I was hoping for more of a peanut butter flavor in the ice cream. I would like to try their other items such as cheese and milk. I would definitely return. Cute place!

Inexpensive dairy products, but ice cream lacks imagination. Fruit flavors have no actual fruit included. I always liked strawberry ice cream with nice chunks of fresh strawberries, but none here. Window service is a nice convenient feature.
Family business and enjoy the friendly family atmosphere. We enjoy the convenience, prices, and quality… except the ice cream.

Yum, Patches is a refreshing oasis where the milk and honey flow freely. Nestled just behind the Lebanon VA hospital, Patches is a pleasant reminder of the incredible products local farms have to offer.
In addition to delicious ice cream and milk shakes, Patches sells eggs, milk, pies, butter, candies, salsa, and books. Drive thru available for people on the go, or indoor/​outdoor seating is offered for those who can take a minute to enjoy their dairy product of choice.
There are also plenty of cute goats to pet and feed and generally coo at with affection nearby. Hands covered in goat gunk now? Not to worry, there are hand sanitizer stations around too. This place is a must-​visit!
