RANT: I don’t usually order anything from online, however I wanted a decal for my yeti cup, so I decided I’d order it from a boutique. Well order made and payed and on July 11th I was told it was shipped out that Wednesday(July 8th), on July 14th I got a message from the owner saying she had gotten back bc there was not enough postage, I said ok, but that I really needed it bc I wanted it for my beach trip, she then advised that she would take it to the post office the next day and put a tracking number on it. On July 18th I let her know I still hadn’t gotten it and she said ok I haven’t been home in 2 days so I’ll check when I get home. On July 23rd I still had not gotten my order so I said for it to just be cancelled and refunded, she replied with she had it ready to be shipped out with the next days order, but her very next message said O, that should have sent with last nights order. So, I replied with you told me it was shipped out 3 weeks ago, & then the postage thing and then now it’s shipping out tomorrow, but it should of been shipped out last night(knowing she obviously had no idea about me keeping track.) I then get a message saying«You will have it next week. I’m sorry my life and my grandfather who just had heart surgery and I happen to get in you way.» My question response … I’m sorry for your grandfather and I hope he heels smoothly, but when running a business communication is key, and I’ll I’ve heard is story after story. She says she understands and she will make it up to me so I can trust the business. Well Today on July 29th I still have not got my order so I message saying cancel my order and refund it if I don’t have it by tomorrow& that I didn’t want any excuses. I get a message saying she doesn’t need me telling her business information and doesn’t need Customers like me, that she will refund my money when she has time & that I was the only one that she had sent a message to not being understanding of her grandfather being sick and her having surgery, HOWEVER she did not message me EVER until I said something about my purchase not being shipped.
