Was about to use this place to rent a car through an Insurance company and tried several times to confirm/​call my rental and never reached a human being. Left numerous messages and still never received one phone call letting me know the rental would indeed be ready. Went to pick it up and had to wait (nobody else there) for 15 minutes for someone to show up.
Person was rude and VERY unprofessional and will NEVER deal with them again. Went to the other rental company right down the street and was treated with respect and will go there from now on. Don’t even waste your time with them.

Don’t use these guys. They were extremely unprofessional and take advantage of elderly customers. My mom rented from them. After she returned the car, they continued to charge her credit card.
