When you walk in, the staff greets you with warm smiles. There is excellent service and they make your meals quick especially when you’re on the go. The food was great and what you except from a Five Guys.

The burgers are great and the amount of fries they give you are incredible.
However, on the latest stop my wife ordered 5 burgers for our family to go. Upon arriving home we found that 3 out of the 5 burgers were missing things that we asked for and one had items on it that we didn’t ask for!
#1 correct. #2 missing bacon. #3 correct. #4 missing jalapeños. Bacon listed and on the burger but was not asked for. #5 missing ketchup.
Awesome food, but really? Is it that hard to get an order correct in this day and age?

As a native of Northern Virginia, I have grown up eating at Five Guys, including the (now closed) orginal location in Arlington. So when I was visiting my family in Lebanon this weekend, I decided to see how this location was.
I’m glad to report that depsite being 150 miles away from the restaurant’s orginial location, the quality is not diminshed one iota. I got exactly what I was expecting: great-​tasting blobs of greasy goodness, with wonderful fries cooked in peanut oil. Not health food by any means, but a wonderful way to enjoy visiting with my beloved maiden aunt and my four high-​strung nephews.
So go there, eat, be merry, and don’t count the calories.
