Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a home built by Ryan homes in 2012, Chris, the owner offers a two year warranty on workmanship and the material. I am one Day out of warranty. Last night we noticed a bubble of pooling water in my kitchen ceiling. I called the homebuilder, who then referred me back to the contractor who installed my bathtub. I called at 8:00AM and then called back at 5 pm, because I had not received a phone call back from Chris the owner, or anybody from his office. It took three times calling until the owners wife answered the phone and passed the phone call along to her husband. Immediately Chris was very defensive, told me that if there was a workmanship issue, it would have showed up within the two-year warranty, I then explained we are one day out of warranty and that there was no possible way I would know that underneath a bathtub in the wall was leaking. The only way we knew the bathtub was leaking, was because our kitchen ceiling started to pool with water. Chris again become defensive and told me that he uses the best parts possible and that it is out of warranty. I asked the owner to come out and take a look because we had a different plumbing company come out and told me that the Bath tub has actually been leaking for months, the only way to tell is by pulling apart the side of the bathtub and doing an inspection, or the finding out the hard way like I did. I have a garden jet tub in my master bathroom. Once the side of the bathtub was pulled off there was wood underneath the bathtub which was full of water underneath the wood is the insulation under the insulation is the ceiling, there is water that has pooled underneath the insulation which is now pooled and the in the ceiling of my kitchen, we have actual standing water. I then explained to Chris that we were more than willing to pay the $ 85 fee for him to come out and take a look. He refused. Chris stated that he was three hours away from my home, which is not true. I did a map search for my address to his office which is 44minutes, 28.9 Miles from my home. We then told Chris we would rather stay with the same company that installed it originally and if the homebuilder did not pay the invoice we would be more than happy to cover The expense. Chris then expressed his dislike and frustration for the homebuilder and refused to come out. Chris said he had enough work to keep him busy and did not need our $ 85. I reminded Chris that we had a scheduled walk-through of our home two years ago with the builder and it was canceled the day before our walk through and scheduled the following day, we came the following day and found out the reason our walk-through was canceled was because Chris had installed the bathtub and it did not work. Needless to stay I would never recommend this company to anybody. He initially installed the bathtub incorrectly, and the bathtub has been leaking for a few months, we are just 1 day out of warranty. He just does not want to stand by his warranty or workmanship. Beware when using Chris Enright plumbing! The company has two telephone numbers, the first one is 513−404−2802 the second number is 513−404−1382. This company seems to be just a husband and wife team. I will now have to pay a plumber out of pocket to have the bathtub installed correctly, with quality parts and then a construction company to repair the water damage to my ceiling. If you are having a new home built please make sure that your builder is not using Chris Enright Plumbing. The only reason Chris revived 1 star, is because I do not have the option to give him zero stars!!!
