Ok — we are talking about a chain Dunkin’ Donuts. I know what to expect as far as food and coffee. The customer service is awful. They bombard you when you walk in you will have 3 people screaming«mam, mam» — (I switch up my order often) One day the woman at the register told them«Large iced coffee» before I even ordered… She got mad and rolled her eyes after she assumed that’s what I wanted… That’s for me I said? No I want a hot coffee. She argued that they already made an iced. I said but I didn’t want that… She rolled her eyes and said«next time, next time» I stood there like in shock. I said no I don’t want this… So finally I got my hot coffee that I wanted but didn’t get a chance to order. Next time I came in she said«mam, you, what do you want mam?» I said a medium — before I could even finish she says«mam hot or cold? I said hot… «cream and sugar?» I just couldn’t even think. Preferably, I like to order my coffee like this: «Large/hot/light and sweet»… but this is getting extremely difficult. So pushy and rude. I will go back to making coffee at home. Nobody will make me mad there.

This is an interesting DD — it’s located in Lebanon on 22 inside an Exxon gas station on the eastbound side of the road. It’s your pretty typical gas station/convenience store combo but they also have a small-ish counter in the back that doubles up as a DD. It gets the job done, but there’s not much for a parking lot here and it’s slightly awkward the way it’s situated inside the Exxon. If I lived in the area, I’d probably come here a decent amount because there just aren’t too many DD’s in the area. But, I do have better options by me.
