Do yourself a favor and stop in for lunch or dinner. The food is wonderful and the service is top notch. I have been eating here for years and I live 2 hours away. I Do not pass a Demos’ location without Stopping and eating unless of course they are closed.

This restaurant was a recommendation from the locals. I really enjoyed it! I had 3 different kinds of pasta including the Mexican spaghetti and it was phenomenal! The server was great and very informational. Would definitely come again when I am in town.

Ride, redneck and lied… had a party of 30… was told we could have the room… they lied… we had to wait an hour and a half while they waited for three table to clear on the middle of the restaurant. Food…completely microwave… uninspiring…will need to stop at Wendy’s on the way home

This is by far my favorite eating place. I love the atmosphere, the food, the service, everything! The fettuccine imperial is by far my favorite. Their secret recipe chicken rice soup is amazing.

First time at Demos. Service is excellent even at 10pm. We had a party of eight with kids and food arrived quickly. Dressings are homemade and there are many tasty food choices. The Sante Fe Chicken is exceptional.

We were in town for the Titans game, found this place on Unilocal! What a disappointment . This is just a Shoneys with a bar. Stakes were cheep cuts from homeless cows. Wine list: The cheep, cheep, cheep Micky D’s has better beef.

Let me begin with this: the food is good. I recommend it. The take-out service/staff: seemingly incompetent in big ways. Apparently, there must be constant turnover here, as everyone seems to be in their first week of work.(Hmmmm.) On 3 separate occasions, I’ve tried to place an order. Here are some of the responses I’ve received on the phone: * «I don’t know.»(Referring to the price of a menu item.) You know what? If you don’t know(which happens sometimes), then go find out! But NEVER leave the customer with a lack of needed information. I actually had to say, «Well, could you put someone on the phone who does know?» How embarrassing.(Rather, it SHOULD have been embarrassing.) * «Uh, we’re busy right now because it’s dinner time. Your order will probably be ready in an hour and a half maybe a little more.»(This was at 5pm sharp.) At this, I’m dumbfounded – truly. Ever wonder why people tend to order food at restaurants between 5 – 7:30 pm? Because it’s DINNER time. Yep. Seems that Demos’ is constantly ‘surprised’ that people show up and place food orders during this time. Seems there’s a problem with management –a lack of hiring, staffing, planning, and certainly in customer service training.(Is Chick-fil-a the only place where they train their employees in appropriate, actually excellent, customer service?) * Folks, there’s a lot more. But my intentions are not to berate hardworking, hourly workers. People«don’t know what they don’t know» –especially the young. What’s frustrating is that this is a consistent problem which reflects a huge management issue at Demos’ in Lebanon. * Good food, but poor, inept customer service on take-out time after time. Train your people, Demos’. I think you can do much better. Walk across the street to Chick-fil-a and take notes for a day.

This is the best restaurant is Wilson County. Their steak is the best I’ve ever had. To add steak sauce would only ruin it. The blackened chicken pasta is my wife’s favorite. Everyone in our family loves the rolls. We often just stop and get a quart of their awesome chicken and rice soup.

Went here two nights ago and received some of the best services I have in a while. Our server was very polite, professional, and punctual while serving. We received our salads and bread very quickly after ordering, and the food came shortly after. Our server never allowed our drinks to be empty at any point in the dinner, and returned mindfully to see if we ever needed anything. The menu is priced reasonably, and has a variety of choices for everyone. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and one that I will be having again very soon.

The restaurant itself is nice so it’s a good place to go for a decent & casual family dinner. The servers are nice enough, maybe a little indifferent. The food is good, but not great, so it’s worth a try if you haven’t checked it out yet, but don’t get overly excited. Basically, it’s an easy, cheap option when you want to get out of the house, but don’t want to drive too far out of Lebanon.

Had a really great time here. The atmosphere definitely promotes a family environment. The menu has a lot of choices ranging from steak, to seafood, to pasta. I had the fettuccine imperial(basically an Alfredo with mushrooms, ham, grilled chicken, and onions) and it was delicious. Ate every last bite! Their chicken and rice soon is also delicious! Overall, we would definitely return and would love to give the rest of the menu a try!

The food was not all that great. The hostess likes seating African American people all the way in the back of the restaurant. Will not be returning there.

While not the original location, this is by far my favorite location to go to. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is good, consistent and hot. You know a menu is good when deciding what you want is a chore… everything just looks and sounds so good! This will definitely become a family tradition. :)

I have been to this location a few times, and the service and food is always great, just like the other locations. There usually isn’t a wait time at this location, when other locations have always been super busy and have a longer wait time. The food is always delicious, and the staff is always super nice and have great suggestions to recommend. I will definitely come back! :)

Miss Brayden took great care of us tonight. We needed a good casual place for dinner after driving all day. This place was the ticket! My steak was yummy and my tea was always full! If I lived here I’d come again!

Flavor consistency and service at this Lebanon restaurant should make the original restaurant in Nashville, happy. The food we had was great, it was crowded but we never waited an inordinate amount of time… and I’ll be back the next time I visit Lebanon.

On the one hand, here you have generous portions for a generous price. On the other hand, here you have salt. The menu actually lists all of their food sources, which is a turnoff for me because it makes me think«how long have all these food sources been frozen or, even better, left sitting unfrozen while they were shipped?» Positive: A group of 18 people was in and out within 90 minutes, which is unheard of in my experience. At the end of the day, my main recollection of my meal here was, «salt.» Also, «good rolls,» but mostly, «salt.» It’s an unremarkable local chain that at least can beat out national chains, but falls short of the type of place I’d enjoy returning to.
