Cvs Pharmacy

We use this CVS pharmacy as our regular pharmacy, solely due to the proximity to our house. However, we are considering that the additional 10 minute drive may be worth it to get better customer service.
Our prescriptions are rarely ever ready, even if the doctor has called it in hours prior. We often have to wait there while they fill the prescription. We also have had the incorrect quantity issued to us on multiple occasions. This would be tolerable if the staff were friendly and apologetic, but it often feels that you are inconveniencing them when you come in to fill a prescription.
On a positive note, there are two friendly and efficient pharmacy techs (young girls). I do a happy dance if I see them working, b/​c they are at least nice to us. I only really go to this CVS for prescriptions, so I can’t really comment on other aspects of the store.
