We absolutely love this place. They are caring and always available. They will call you back immediately even if it is in the middle of the night. One side of the building is a walk in clinic! The office and rooms are entertaining for kids and so pretty. I love the doctors and nurses. This place is awesome and there is a reason they won Best of Wilson County!

I’m basing my review on an encounter with the front desk operator. I called because my baby’s regular dr’s clinic ran out of vaccines. I called and asked CP if they have vaccines available for an infant. And the operator said no they don’t do that. If she’s not a regular patient there they don’t do vaccination. Well what if I’d like to transfer her care to CP they still won’t do vaccination? She just straight up said no without even asking a nurse or a doctor. Because she didn’t transfer me to a nurse or a dr I didn’t get the chance to have a sound medical answer and I don’t want to call again because she sounds like she’s sure of her opinion.
