Culligan Water Conditioning of Boone

Very happy with the water softener I have, but that is not what sets Culligan of Boone County apart for me. What sets it apart is the awesome service. A couple of years ago, when I assumed ownership of my current house, I had a lot to learn and a lot of questions. I called several times with what in retrospect probably seemed like some pretty stupid ones! But I was never, not even once, made to feel so; every call was handled with kindness and professionalism and patience. I am much more «on top of things» now, but I still have occasion to call once in awhile, and I genuinely appreciate every interaction. In addition, I never have to worry about my products being delivered on time, and if I’m not here they are left in a convenient place. (If I AM here, they do all the work for me!!). I would recommend Culligan of Boone County with absolutely zero reservation.
