The CCBA is a great community within a small-​town community. I’ll elaborate another time.

I used to work out here. The machines were decent, both in quality and quantity. The staff are nice. It just seemed expensive for the area. Then again, there aren’t many choices in the area. The hours were ok, not 24 hours but early and late enough to suit most people. The free weight room is well stocked and I didn’t feel intimidated by the guys. It isn’t my favorite gym of all time but it serves its purpose. I lived close enough to walk; that was a chilly walk at 5:45 am in the snow, but at least it got me out of the house.
