The organization at this location is appalling . The food is good but don’t expect to check out until someone feels like coming to the register. Met a lady while I was waiting to pay who had ordered catering food for an 11 o’clock pick up. It was 11.25 and she was still waiting. Last time I tried to eat here I left after waiting 45 minutes from my order time. The Management is clearly not doing their job.

Two things. 1) Twice in the last 3 months I’ve tried to get their cheesy potato soup to go only to be told they had«just sold out» when I got there. Today I called an hour & a half BEFORE I got there to order it & make sure they would have it for me. After being assured that they would hold some for me when I got there guess what… They didn’t have any. Lousy customer service. Just lousy! 2) A couple of weeks ago we ate there, inside, not to go, and when I questioned the server about one of the items on the menu her response was, «I don’t know. I don’t eat the food here.» Not very reassuring. The chicken & noodles I had ordered did not taste good at all. When I complained about it to the server she simply shrugged at me. I called the«Rate your experience» phone number on the back of the receipt(the receipt I had to ask for) & told them what had happened. The only response on that was a form letter«Sorry you had a bad experience». Today was the straw that broke the camels back. We won’t be gong back there again.
