My daughter needed a tune up for her older flute, but it was difficult to find the time to get it fixed. I called the Tune Shop on Labor Day and an employee told me to bring it up. He was very genuine and polite. He said it might take a couple of days, but he finished before the end of the day and waited for me to come pick it up. The flute looks great and plays much better. I was very impressed and will return for flute tune ups in the future.
