Belinda is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. Being a professional athlete it is very important keeping the body loose and functional and no matter how bad off I am when I come in to see her, she always fixes me right up to keep going! During my pregnancy she was a life saver! No matter how many aches and pains I had, she always took care of me. With her nursing background she really understands how the body works and functions. Her deep tissue is one of a kind, relaxing and not painful. Highly recommended!

Belinda is a truly wonderful massage therapist. She has far exceeded my expectations regarding therapy for my chronic condition, as well as being flexible with her schedule when possible. Her RN background is a tremendous plus. She is friendly and truly cares about each client as a person with individual needs and concerns. Serenity staff are all pleasant and personable which makes the overall experience great!

I needed a brow wax and wanted to stay local (baaaaad idea!) Scheduled an appt. with Sonya. They were able to fit me in right away.
When I went in, they did not have any salon chairs that would extend back, I had to lie over a sink like I was about to get my hair washed which was fine initially but after 15 mins really hurt.
Sonya was nice but seemed very rushed, she did not ask me what I wanted to have done but continually commented on how bushy my brows are (ummm, sorry?!). I tried to tell her what I wanted, but I guess I didn’t communicate well enough because she took one side of one of my brows WAY off. Like ¼in towards the middle of my eye! I have no idea why or how. She left the other brow a normal length, so when I looked in the mirror one brow was normal and the other looked WAY WAY smaller.
I was upset and asked her if there was anything we could do… maybe take a slight bit off the other brow to even them up?!? anything??! ‘uh, no, sorry hun. We’ll do a better job next time.’ Forget it! My brows look like a 5 year old waxed them!
Time to pay… ‘that’ll be $ 15.’ I just wanted outta there so I paid quickly. as I walked out the door I noticed their sign with prices on it… BROW WAX $ 9. WTF? Argh. I decided to just leave. Thank God my brows grow quickly and I have a brow pencil. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
