PC Cave

PC Cave did a great job with my custom PC. Nick was able to look at my computer when I brought it in and attempted multiple diagnostics to determine the problem. Although the first few solutions presented proved to be incorrect, Nick kept at it and eventually determined the ultimate source of my problem. Throughout the 2 – 3 day process of finally getting the computer back into working order, Nick was professional, polite, and helpful. Perhaps best of all, I was only charged for the original diagnostic fee despite multiple additional hours of work being put towards the computer. I definitely recommend PC Cave and Nick to anyone needing computer services.

Nick is EXCELLENT at what he does! I found him in the «nick» of time. I had taken my computer to a local company because of issues with my hard drive. They determined my hard drive was corrupt and replaced it but was only able to recover bits of data (they took a few days to do this) from the old drive. Disappointed, I went to PC Cave to find a particular version of Microsoft Office because the other company was not able to recover the product key (due to the corrupt hard drive). In talking with Nick about the issues I was having, he offered to see if he could recover the data from my old hard drive. He worked magic on my computer’s old hard drive recovering ALL of the data on it that the other local computer company was not able to fully do. It took Nick only about a couple of hours to recover ALL of my data from the old hard drive, and my computer was restored back to it’s original state… everything in tact. Nick saved me from having to buy software I didn’t need because he recovered the product key that was still on the old «corrupt» hard drive. Nick is a great asset to PC Cave. Nick will work hard to find solutions to whatever computer issue you may have. I will bring all of my pc issues to him because I know that he will fix it. He has «computer wisdom» beyond his years. Professional service from courteous staff. They repaired my Mac for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. The location is right on 4^th street and had parking right next to it on the cross street.
