DTC Air Conditioning and Heating

Our heater went out right before Christmas and we were in the cold for almost a week. I called up DTC AC & Heating, two days after Christmas and they were at our house two hours later. They diagnosed the issue — dirty heat sensor, right away and cleaned it for us. Now we have glorious heat and we are very thankful! I highly recommend this company; they will respond to your issue promptly and give you the straight truth on what’s the matter.

My A/​C stopped working this morning, and DTC had someone at our door right on time (actually a few minutes early!) for a 1pm appointment. The repair man was courteous, and repaired the faulty part quickly and affordably. I really appreciate the honest work from DTC, and will definitely give them my business when its time to replace my entire unit.

Not only was Rowdy helpful on the phone the first time I spoke with him, but great in getting someone to come out the same day and within an hour or two of speaking with him. After water leaking from our AC unit and having another service company tell us that it would cost over $ 500 and they weren’t sure if it was the real problem, I called DTC. Not only were they here promptly but they also looked extensively to make sure they could correctly diagnose the problem. I was relived to find out the AC was under warranty and with DTC being a Carrier provider it will help greatly. The tech, Ryan, did a great job trying to patch all back up and minimize the leak til all can be repaired with the part. I would recommend them again and again.
