Dependable Docks

I’d give Dependable Docks 6 stars if I could. Over the last 3 years they have helped to rehab my 20 year old dock — upgrading the flooring, replacing the lifts, redesigning the slip configuration, adding dog stairs, replacing the ramp, adding land anchors, adjusting lake anchors, and lots of general dock maintenance. Every time I call or email with a new idea, they figure out a way to make it happen and make it better.
Recently, I called late on a Monday afternoon with a jet ski lift problem. They were booked solid with dock emergencies and couldn’t make it to my dock until the next day, but they suggested some things over the phone that I could try myself. After a couple calls and several texts, I was able to find and fix the issue. That is some seriously good service and a very rare find in a dock company in my experience.
I’d recommend them to anyone. They just built a new custom dock for my neighbor, and it is awesome.

Because of your reply Bill and I have met at your office and shop/​work yard and have reopened our communications. He apologized for your companies lack of response in the past and that the employee that dropped the ball is no longer with your company.
While visiting your operations I was impressed with the quality of your product and Dependable Docks professionalism. Hopefully we can fit one of your docks in our budget in the near future.

Finally a great business that does what they say and does it right! This is a small family business that is not always there to answer the phone but definitely does get back with you. I handled 100% of my business over the phone and got great service. Confirmation for work was done via email, quality of new replacement install HydroHoist boat lift and follow up to insure that I was happy was on target. Good value, great service and dependable performance! They do repair work as well and have helped me in the past but it was time for a new lift and they did this in an amazing fashion! If you live out of town and have a boat on Lake Travis this business can be depended on to take care of things when you can’t.

We needed some outdoor galvanized metal stairs so we could get to the lower area of our property, which is on a hill near Lago Vista. They scheduled a person to assess the angle of the hill, length of stairs, etc. The bid was reasonable. They were up front about the time frame to order the components, have them dipped for galvanizing. 3 weeks later, they showed up and spent 3 days installing, welding it together. After it was completed me and my wife both got on the stairs to make sure it was solid, which it was. Excellent work! They connected the stairs to our existing concrete driveway area. The project included stair rails and platforms at the top and bottom. Professional work, we couldn’t be more pleased with our new outdoor stairs!
