A & W Water Well

Our well pump stopped working this morning. We found A&W Water Well here on Unilocaled and decided to give them a try. Fortunately, it was nothing series with the pump. A fire ant stopped the connection. Once Charlie cleaned it out, the pump was working again. He told us how to prevent it from happening again. Reasonable priced for a same day service call. Thanks.

24 hour lead time, great follow up. Charlie and Zach came out and serviced the system, replaced parts, explained everything as they went and gave me great advice for my future projects. Very professional, excellent service.

Charlie installed a water storage tank for me along with a pump saver system. His prices were the best around a d his service was outstanding. I will use him again and highly recommend him without reservation.

I had these guys come out and replace my pump and overall a great experience .I will use again in the future hopefully not for another 20 years! lol

Called the phone number after hours about 7:30pm, a live voice answered started taking my personal info for a call back when one of the techs walked in. I explained my PumpTec box wasn’t getting any power and i was with out water. He said you probably have dirty contacts… fire-​ants? spider webs?. He explained in 50 words what to do to me, a notorious non-​handyman and I was able to get my system up and running in 20 minutes. No $ 100 service call which is what every one else had quoted me, just a simple fix.
I am mailing them a $ 25 check tonight as an appreciation for their great customer service. Please patronize A&W Water Well Service. We need to keep these guys in business.

These guys are the best. I was sitting here thinking about the places we’ve used that I should write a review on and was surprised to see no one has written one for A&W!
Every time we’ve had a problem, from a lightning strike to our well going dry, these guys have come out and given quick and honest service to us and our neighbors. During the drought, several of us lost water — our well, which we were told was 700′ deep when we bought the house turned out to only be 442′ deep.
Drilling a new well was not an affordable option so they suggested setting up a tank or two to have water delivered… ah — I need to write another for Chinatown Water next… They helped us with the plumbing from the pipes in the well area to the garage, and with getting the new pump to bring water into the water softener from the tank.
Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I think most of our 50+ neighbors have used A & W at one time or another. Since I don’t see their number here, it is 259‑1732.
