Typical service from Walmart… I mean what can you expect? Walmart is my last resort, unfortunately when the world is ending Walmart is the only super center open 24 hours. It’s hard to get service here but most Walmarts have crap service. I recommend going to this Walmart extra late at night to avoid crowds & maybe get checked out within a decent amount of time. Most of the employees here don’t care to help the customers and you can tell… Stay inside if you can… save your time & gas.

Based on my personal experience, I give them 2-stars. It’s probably a little bias due to the fact that I really dislike Wal-Mart. I RARELY shop here just cause I can’t stand the store and clientele. Even when I was leaving today, two League City police officers were showing up for something. The crime rate in League City is pretty good but this is the one place where you hear of regular problems. I hate the crowds at Wal-Mart. I hate the rudeness of the customers. People will flat run over you with their carts. It’s ridiculous. Therefore, I typically don’t shop here. Today was a rare rare exception for me to step foot into this store.

Horrible customer service, auto center is a nightmare!!! I’ve been unfortunately forced to come here occasionally and I dread it every time. Over 7 years and they have yet to hire one good employee. Save your time and patience and go to Target!

Worst service ever at the auto center. I got an oil change as soon as I left there was a rattling sound like they left something loose, no one around the cashier, waited for a tire 1.5 hrs with only one car in front of me!!! I have been going to walmart auto center in San Antonio for 20 yrs without any problems I just moved to league city, WILLNEVERCOMEAGAIN!!! Negative stars, but to post you have to pick one:(

I don’t expect much from Walmart but for a store that is supposed to be convenient, this Walmart was far from it. I came to this location 3 times in 1 week to try to get my car oil changed. All 3 times I couldn’t get it done. First time, was on a Saturday. The lube department was closed? People run their errands on the weekends and Saturday should be the busiest time for them and they’re closed? Ok, 2nd time was the following Friday. 2 their employees called in? So again, still a weekend prime time and they’re closed because 2 employees called in? Ok so a worker assured me they were fully staffed the next day. I come back the next day and they’re having technical issues in the oil change department… Really? I would think a change of management should be in order…

This was the first time I did a site to store order. When I asked the lady at customer service where pick up was, she said«in the back… Where it says … If they’re even still there.» I told her the e-mail said 10 p. m… It was only about 9… I get back there and they tell me they closed at 9. I showed them the e-mail that said 10. There was a very helpful manager back there that got us taken care of. They were confusing .com orders with layaways. The receipt printer ate the receipt and she had to go and reprint it. The box my order came in was seriously damaged, so I wasn’t about to leave without a receipt… They need some«team player» associates who actually enjoy their job working at night. The manager in the back was the only one who even seemed slightly interested in customer service quality. Everyone else just wanted to complain and talk about getting out of there the minute they were supposed to. Trying to pawn customers off on other associates…

I mean… Your typical Wal-Mart… I will be adding a picture regarding my experience. There was a cute outdoor set priced crazy cheap. I had been shopping this set online and was thrilled to see the color I wanted was on sale! Yay! Not… «Children have messed with this price». So of course, in my mind, surely there is something they can do for me as I was ready to swipe my card right away!!! Spoke to 3 «managers» who laughed in my face and obviously I was told it was not going to happen. Since I have a Target across the street, guess where I will not be shopping?

If you enjoy standing in line then this is the place for you. And if that’s not enough, when you’re done standing in line, you won’t be greeted by one of many rude and inexplicably angry Walmart employees. Have fun!

It is your modernly designed money drainer Juggernaut! This location is not going to do anything different from what you expect at a city based Walmart.

Don’t come in here at night. Staff working the registers are shorthanded and SLOW! Also people, if you insist on writing checks, please have them at least partially written by the time your cost is calculated. Come on man!

Ok so we all hate Walmart so I will skip over that. We all still go there though because they offer a wide variety of products at low prices. Of the 2 Walmarts by me this is the best one. This is clean, well lit, plenty of cashiers(including self checkout), and friendly staff. There is a big McDonalds inside also. Overall this is as good as a Walmart gets. There is a lot less of the«People of Walmart» here. So if you have to go to Walmart at least support this one for being clean and less cringe worthy than most.

Ugh!!! I cringe anytime my son tells me he needs something for school and we have to enter Hell, aka, WalMart. I think it’s a requirement that you be unsociable if you work here as a cashier, too. Crowded aisles, crap in the wrong place, screaming children with snotty noses, and really long lines. So remind me why I’m here again???
