I recently stopped into this Supercuts location for a simple shampoo, trim and blow dry. I approached the desk and requested the service I needed. The receptionist took my name and information. Upon completion of setting me up in the computer, she told me «with blow dry will be $ 30.» This seemed like a reasonable price for a budget salon. I could tell the woman was struggling with her English, so to clarify, I replied «$ 30.00 total-​okay.» She replied, «$ 30.00 blow dry only-​$ 5.00 shampoo, $ 14.95-haircut and $ 30.00 to blow dry. (So the total for a simple shampoo, cut, blow dry at this budget friendly salon-​$ 50 approx.-not including gratuity). Needless to say, I politely declined, suggesting that I could get services at a higher end salon for less money. I drove to Visible Changes at Baybrook Mall and was able to get shampoo, cut and blow dry with light styling for $ 33. This will more than likely be the last time that I set foot in a Supercuts.

I once had to get a cut at a moments notice, and couldn’t make a reservation before hand. I walked in and said I need to get a simple trim. The secretary turned around and told a stylist «hey wake up, costumer here.» From what I saw, the lady was like half asleep and kind of rolled or eyes when she heard that. I just felt like i was unwanted. Plus the haircut was just meh. Won’t come back even though they are some very nice people there. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
