Awesome Dentist… our whole family has gone for several years!

I went to Dr. Dolson for my check-​up and cleanings. She was great to work with and easy to talk to. The location is easy to find, and the front desk ladies made sure I knew I was going to be seen quickly. Great job!

DO NOT GO TO HER. She messed up on my tooth. She recommended me to redo my crown so I did. Now I am in pain. It hurt so bad that the inside of my ear started hurting. I went back to her and she said now I needed a root canal. Then she schedule 2 week appointment to see how my crown going. When I came back in so she can take a look at my tooth, she pointed at my gum and said your tooth is dying and that I have abscess. What the hell, why didnt she look at it carefully? The first time I came in she was supposed to give me antibiotics. Then they charged me for a follow up. That is ridiculous. I went to a different dentist for a second opinion. He told me that she did my crown wrong. The crown build up is laying on my nerves which is the reason my tooth is so sensitive and aching. Now I have to get a root canal because she mess up on the crown. She tries to blamed on my last dentist and wants to charged me for a root canal when she is the one who fuck up on my crown. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HER. Do not go to her. Theu just want your money and your insurance money. I dont even want to give this place a star. It doesnt even deserve a star. If you go to her she will mess up on your teeth too. Not only that she likes to overbooked and let you sit there and wait. NEVER EVER COMING BACK.

First let me give background info. I am new to the area and this dentist was in my plan. I have never had a dental problem before. That said, Do not trust this dentist. They told me I need deep cleanings in every quadrant, needed antibiotic injections and that I had three or four cavities. I didn’t think this was correct so I called my dentist back home. He told me to run not walk out of that office. I went to another local dentist and he could not believe they told me all that. They were just trying to take advantage of my insurance! Avoid at all costs.

I went to this dentist for a while. I agree that she is good usually about not overbooking. The problem I have is the convenience factor. Twice I set up appointments through the email link they send you for that purpose. Both times, I never got a call or a confirmation about my appointment. I guess I could have called them to confirm, but I dont feel they should offer a service they can not provide.

Great place to go for dental work, Dr Dolson is great to work with and is very personalbe. Her hygenist are truly amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this dental office

If it were possible to love a dentist, I would love this one… even though its not in my spectrum of emotions. Forgive me for not remembering my doctor’s name. LOL. It’s her office so if you make an appointment you get her. Anyway, from the first time you call its all about service! I love good service. And get this…

Its a miracle. Not once did I have to wait longer than 10 minutes for her to take me. They are overly attentive. They call you and email you to confirm your appointments. Once you leave an appointment they call you the next day to make sure everything went well. It’s like they care or something.
All my coworkers go here. That is how I initially heard about her and they all love her as well. Place is clean and everything is new, top of the line dental equipment.
