Initially I was pumped about the phenomenonal customer service here…
The woman helping us was so knowledgeable…
THEN our gal answered the phone and sprung into a deeply awkward and personal call about another girl having a breakdown, yelling, screaming… DRAMA.
Truly awkward having her ring up our purchases while talking to her friend about whatever baby Momma drama.
I felt hair extensions might go flying through the phone lines as intimate details were vocalized.
Ugh!

Clean and organized shop. In and out in less than 10 minutes, but I could spend a lot of time here thinking I needed every product if given the time.
I needed a specific pair of hair shears and potentially a razor. Selection of shears was decent but razors were lacking. I’m not in the neighborhood to spend $ 75 on a professional razor.
Glad to have one close by for all those beauty needs. It’s a hard life.
I know some beauty shops are wholesalers and only serve industry members, but this is open to the public.
