I loved this clinic. This was my first visit. It is so convenient, parking is free, and I did not have to wait. I picked this walk-​in clinic because it is open 7 days a week, so I can come on my days off. It’s associated with Memorial Herman where I work so they accept my insurance.
The ladies who work there also happen to be very pleasant. I am kind of scared of needles so I did not look forward to being stuck with a needle more than once. But Gloria, who drew my blood, was so good! She got it on the first attempt and I didn’t even feel a thing! The NP was very nice, answered all my questions, and gave me good advice. Overall I am very pleased with my experience, and I will definitely come back here for a follow up or whenever I need healthcare services.

I picked this walk-​in clinic because it opened at 8 instead of 9 as most do and it’s associated with Memorial Herman.
I was the third patient there and was in and out by 9 a.m. Sign– in process was simple, they took Medicare and the woman checking me was pleasant and efficient.
The nurse practioner was caring and competent. I had a sinus infection with a terrible headache. She sent a prescription to my pharmacy, recommend some over-​the-​counter medication that might help me and gave me tips on how to prevent my headaches.
Very pleased with my experience and would use again.

Today I went in for a sinus infection. Very easy process. Sign in, (if know waiting) go threw a few questions about your visit, pay your co-​pay, and see the doctor. This is so convenient!!! No hassle of parking at an hospital, putting on a gown, and going threw all the extra. Plus my prescription was sent straight to pharmacy at Walmart (or your choosing) and BOOM! I was out the door.

Redi Clinic is associated with Memorial Herman. It is located inside of HEB grocery store. I only came here twice just for a TB skin test & followed up a few days later for the reading.
Well first off from my observation I do not recommend anyone coming here for major medical. This place is only for something considered minor health problems. Please do not come here if you are having chest pains or you have cut half of your finger off. Sorry. They are not staffed or equipped to handle these types of emergencies. They have two employees that seem to be inexperienced. Front desk & physician assistant/​NP no MD.
They have the audacity to ask you for a credit card number to keep on file in case your health insurance do not cover your visit even after they verified your coverage. Decline!!!

I was allowed to sign in and wait in the waiting room for over 35 minutes before being told that the doctor didn’t have time to see me. I arrived well over an hour before close and there was only one other person waiting. I realize that these mini clinics are kind of scraping the bottom of the barrel for medical care but the behavior of the doctor and the receptionist that afternoon was questionable at best. There are other clinics nearby; you should try looking for a more professional place than this one.

I have been to numerous RediClinics in the past in the Austin area. Do not go to this location. 4 months after going here I started having multiple charges come through on my credit card. They started billing me for tests I never had done. They claim I had 2 flu tests in one visit and I was billed twice for a strep test. I was also charged $ 50 for being a new patient… when I told them I had been seen multiple times in Austin they claimed that, because the Houston locations bill through a different system than the Austin ones that I am a new patient. Im sorry, you have the same website and the same name. When I gave them my info they found me in the system just fine at this location and never was I told there would be a $ 50 extra charge. Needless to say, I will never be going back. I have alerted my insurance to the fraudulent charges and my credit card company has blocked all future charges.

I am somewhat new to the area and do not have a primary care doctor yet. I got a sore throat and needed to be seen in case antibiotics are required. They open @ 8 am. I arrived at 8:15. I waited approx 50 min to be seen.
The doctor was excellent. She explained everything well. Great bedside manner. I asked about some possible diagnosis and she did all the tests I asked about. Plus explained all possible scenerios. I would definitely go back.
The cost was the same as a regular co-​pay.

They are not only weight loss clinic, they also offer sick doctor visits, smoking cessation programs, flu. It was about the same price as paying out-​of-​pocket at my regular doctor’s office, but more convenient.
