Papa John’s Pizza

Placed an online prefer and tried to use a promo code that is still valid. Noticed that the promo code said to display in store to receive discount, upon trying to show the cashier at the store he refused to look at it and told me to do it online. Not only would he not listen to me that it didn’t work online I placed my order online why would I not try it there first. The store has barely been opened an hour today I can’t imagine what his attitude would be like later on today. Avoid Charles, horrible service.

Horrible management. Toppings are often unrefrigerated. seen a Employee handle food with scabby fingers and walk around picking her nose. Worst job ever. Crap attitudes. Never again.

Rude costumer service. The guy taking the order was Charles. The guy that’s working the phone and the whole management team need performance audit. Making the chain look bad.

The absolute rudest customer service I have ever experienced! Walked in and was yelled at that I was going to have to wait. As the phone was ringing, he was yelling into the phone, «Thank you for calling papa johns you are going to have to wait!» Then slamming down the phone!!! I then said I am here to pick up an order. He then said, «Well it’s probably not ready!» My response, «I don’t mean to be the cause of your stress.» Still raising his voice at me said, «You aren’t, I’m just telling you!» I then replied, «I’m surprised you are just taking it out on your customers.»

Ok so it is fathers day and I had a plan. Merlot poolside and pizza. I usually opt for Bada Bing or Marios but I was on a budget and did not want to drive so I went with Papa Johns 2 lrg for 20 deal. Unlimited toppings including extra cheese. I loaded them up and went with the std crust. I usually do a thin crust but with extra cheese and a lot of toppings I decided to go with the thicker crust. Ordered online and choose the «well done» option. I hate when an undercooked pizza arrives. These babies arrived very hot. I mean you could not eat them right away. First time for a take out pizza that arrived this hot and fresh. These things were loaded, well cooked, and very cheesy with some great real cheese. For 28 bucks I had a meal for 4 and a second meal for 4 the next day. Papa Johns might beat out authentic Italian pizza but it was so good that it kicked the hell out of the other big 2 chains. Next time there will be no discussion as to where to get our take out pizza.
