These guys are happy!!! Fast and courteous service and the best dang Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had! Plenty big enough, I split a giant with my teenager and we were both full. And the tea was fresh. Thank you! Clean, pretty restaurant, perfect location. We will definitely be back!

Being from South Jersey. This was by far the worse excuse for a cheesesteak. There was no where near enough meat to bread ratio. The sandwich itself was dry with no real flavor. I do not recommend going here, unless they train the cook how to make the sandwich the right way.

being from NJ, had to try it, its ok I’d go back, but like most places that try these places, they are missing the peppers and bread from back home.

Great Subs! My wife just happened to stop in here awhile back and brought me one of their Roast Beef Subs. I must say I was impressed!!! It’s pretty close to my favorite Roast Beef from my go to place! Complete with the mayo, Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, vinegar and oil, oregano, and red pepper relish! I came back to get one for work a few days later, oh my goodness!!! It was like watching a Chinese firedrill in slow motion!!! There were a bunch of teenagers all working together/against each other trying to make sandwiches. It took awhile but they finally got it together. I waited awhile before I went back, and its a lot better now. Now there are usually two or three in the shop and its very well coordinated. They get your order and get right on your sandwich! Other than the Roast Beef, I have tried the Club that has Roast Beef, Turkey, Bacon, Provolone cheese, Lettuce, tomato, onions, vinegar and oil, with mayo and the red pepper relish. It was really good!!! Today was the first time I have checked in on Unilocal while there ordering. Today I wanted to try something different, so I went with the Hot Grilled Rueben with sauerkraut, Provolone cheese and Thousand Island Dressing. I must say I was impressed with the Rueben too!!! It was very good!!! They have a host of other sandwiches, hot and cold, Flat bread wraps, and a children’s menu! There is ample space inside to stay and enjoy your meal. I have yet to do that as I’m always just in and out on my way to work. But it’s a really nice and clean place to come in for lunch, or dinner and enjoy a great Sub or whatever. They also have a fountain Coke(They only have Pepsi) machine with several flavors on tap. So if your in the area give them a try. I definitely like them better than a Subway! Their sandwiches come in about 3 or 4 sizes. From Mini to Giant!!! The giant can easily be cut, and usually is into four portions!!!

This is an update to my previous. The service was much better and the staff seemed to have it together a little better. Only mistake was giving me a cold sandwich when I’d requested a hot, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. The ham and provolone is what I ordered today and it was prepared exactly how I wanted it(other than being cold).

This place was horrible! I asked for a Philly w/no peppers & onions w/mushrooms & a «little» mayo. First one was with peppers. Sent it back & had to wait for the 5 kids to look over it like Gordon Ramsey was talking to them. Then after 5mins the same kid who messed up my first sandwich started on my other. Was FULL of mayo no cheese. #FOH!

This place rivals any NJ/Phila area sub shop! We know what we’re talking about, we’re from the NJ/Phila area. Forget Subway, they’re not even close…

If you like plain jane subs with only lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion,(none of which are particularly fresh) this may be the place for you. Otherwise, stick with almost any other sandwich shop where you actually have some choices for what you put on your sandwich. In addition to being incredibly disappointed with the lack of options, they don’t bother to tell you when you order that some of their hot sandwiches can take 10 to 15 minutes until after they have your money. And if all of that isn’t enough to keep you away, they got my husband’s order wrong after he waited for his food 15 minutes!

The sandwiches are so so. But the owner/manager needs to get a grip on his workers that move at a snails place Oh and by the way mr manager the #13 is grilled in all others Jersey Mikes unlike this one, he came up some lame excuse why he couldn’t put ham on the grill. Something along the lines it violates the health code” its cross contamination or raw meat”. I call BS! I think dropping your block of cheese on the floor and throwing it back in with your unwrapped meats in your cooler, is a violation. Ill drive to JMs in houston than to deal with this location.

Close to work, so I have been 3 times since they opened 2 – 3 weeks ago. First time the supposed $ 2 grand opening sub promised on advertisements ended up costing $ 8.45 for sandwich only. Second time returned with spouse and they put WAY too much oil. It was all over the table, soaked into bread and running down arms from eating sandwich. Ridiculous Third time I returned with co-workers(on their suggestion not mine). 1 person got a meatball sub and was thoroughly displeased. No cheese(advertised with melted provolone) and bland meatballs/sauce. A second person in our party never received their sandwich. The others were done eating so he asked for and got a refund. Left hungry. They gave us coupons and apologized, but who know if they will honor them. They didn’t honor their grand opening special. Once or twice opening jitters I can see, but there needs to be much improvement on the staff organization, overall I like he concept, but the dining area is to small and not very accommodating. Neptune Subs is just down the road on 146 and is a local favorite. Or Lenny’s on Hwy 3.

Kick azz! Awesomeness in a sub roll! Have eaten here most of the week and when I had a small issue with my sub«Bobby» the district manager took care of it above and beyond! Really nice employees very polite and respectful… clean restaurant with fresh for how can you go wrong? Try number 56 the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak!!!

So excited to have this near me. Went in during first week of opening and the line was out the door. However it moved super quickly. The speed and efficiency was superb. Everything here is outstanding. How anyone could ever go to Subway after eating here is beyond me.

Anytime we get a sub shop that isn’t a nasty Subway franchise, I’m a happy, happy girl! This is definitely not my first time to have Jersey Mike’s, so I am familiar with them! I got the cold turkey/provolone«Mikes way». The only disappointments I would say we’re that they weren’t yet offering the mini size and they put way too much oil and vinegar. I have been to this location a handful of times, and this last time, I made the mistake(as did the hubs) of getting something other than a cold sub. I had the Baja chicken wrap and did not care for it at all. Hubs had the meatball sandwich and he left feeling very unsatisfied. So heed my warning, stick to the cold subs and avoid the wraps and heated subs.

This location has been advertising on Facebook to come in for their Grand Opening Wednesday July 22 — Sunday July 26 and receive a sub for a 2 dollar donation to CADD(University of Houston — Clear Lake’s Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities). I visited this store on Saturday July 25 and was told a coupon is required for this offer. I stated that it does not mention a coupon on Facebook and he said I could show the Facebook offer. I showed the offer on my phone and the employee still would not honor it. He stated that they handed out 10,000 coupons, that I was not the first nor would I be the last customer to request this offer, that the owners removed the offer from Facebook and«reamed» employees regarding it. Some of the postings have indeed since been removed, but you still see mention of it on their Facebook page. Also, I wrote a post on their Facebook page similar to this one and it has not appeared on the page. It does however show all 5 star reviews which I find interesting. I find this situation even more bothersome since these proceeds were to benefit a local organization. This is not a good way to start a business relationship with the community and I for one will not be returning for what was a mediocre sandwich at best.

They just opened on Wednesday and my husband and I went in right before closing on accident. The owner came out greeted us helped us work out the menu and personally made our subs. Excellent gentleman named Josh. Him and his staff were wonderful. Definitely will be returning.
