Worst experience ever!!! I really regret buying my GROUPON thinking I would save money but no… It would have been same if I went to lens crafters. The lady assured me the the Gucci glasses I looked on their vendors website was the same as display in store I liked but not the color I wanted so I ordered the glasses and paid 500+!!! (that was with the GROUPON). The estimated delivery was 4 days which took 2 weeks. When I got them of course they were not the same glasses I was promised. My reaction caught all the employees eyes because it was not a good one. So they kept selling me in the frames to get me to keep them. «They are soo nice ««look trendy» … Then I was told I was stuck with them because the glasses i got were special frames and lenses so no refund or exchanges. Also they don’t have any protection coverage which I like to pay extra for since I’m hard on my glasses! Don’t buy the GROUPONS from this place because they take advantage of the situation since your already invested!
