Erica at the front really doesn’t understand numbers and to cover for it kept saying, «I don’t know if you understand» to try to compensate. Kind of like saying, «I don’t know if that makes sense.». Finally, I just said, «No, it doesn’t, actually.». Not trying to be mean but it took everything I had to keep calm when I the customer am being overcharged and as a CPA I might know how to put a couple of numbers together. I kept calm, tipped the person who took care of me(wasn’t her fault), took a card with the managers info(because it was apparent I wasn’t getting anywhere with the front who is supposed to be a rep for the place) and even said thank you on the way out TWICE(because I couldn’t believe she didn’t say thank you back out of professionalism and common courtesy in the event she might just be wrong). Whew! What an ordeal. Looking for another place if they don’t give me full credit for what I’ve already paid for. Hard to find a good business these days that takes care of the customers who take care of them.

I have been going here 3 months now getting a brazilian each month. The first month I can say I wasn’t exactly happy with the outcome but i figured i would give it another shot. The next month they gave me a girl named Natchelly and she does the best waxes I have ever had(and I have been getting waxed for years). She is extremely thorough and leaves not a single hair when shes done. The place is clean, nice and everyone is friendly. I will continue to go here every month(as long as Natchelly is there).

They need your name, birth date and proof of address before you can even make a waxing appointment. Tried to walk in to get my eyebrows done and after an interrogation as to why I had an out of State driver license. They wanted me to show a piece of mail with my current address on it. I walked out went to the nail salon a few doors down and had NO problems. Really you’re a waxing center get over yourself!

I know I have previously done a review for this place … weird! I stopped coming here for a couple of years because I was doing threading instead. But after my brows consistently being threaded too thin, I decided to come back. I was disappointed that Brittany no longer worked here, but whatever. Lauren did a great job and she’s really sweet! I like that they were able to get me in that day, as I didn’t want to look like a fuzzy faced chia pet for New Years Eve! LOL

Waxing is not something enjoyable. it just isn’t, however it is something we as woman unfortunately must do on the occasional basis. European wax center is a no thrills, no frills kind of place that gets the job done. I had a wax pass from here for the past two years and would go every 3 – 4 weeks. Staff is very friendly and waxers for the most part are pretty good. My personal favorite is Rosemary as she attempts to make the experience as painless as possible. Prices have gone up exorbitantly this year – about a 30% increase in price from 1 year ago, thus unfortunately don’t think I’ll be getting another pass this year. Also, helps to prebook appointments as it adds points to your account and will get you discounts on some of their products they sell – in grown hair serum, exfoliant, etc.

Love Love this place! We will never go back to an Asian nail salon again for our waxing. The store is decorated so pretty. The staff is very friendly & professional. My daughter had her eye brows & lip waxed. I’m going next time & getting the package. They very good prices. Ask for Rosemary, she was great.

Great place! Never a bad experience here. I go here for a bikini and eyebrow wax every couple weeks. I love the price and the quality of the product. I have super sensitive skin and it is the least painful waxing experience I’ve had at a salon, and the girls are always so nice.

If this place had no stars I would do none. They were very friendly, yes, however; they ripped skin off of my face all around my eyebrows. It looks like I got into a fight. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed since I was 12 and I am 26 now and have NEVER had such a bad experience like this one. I can’t even put on make up and to make matters worse tomorrow is my birthday and I feel like my face is so bad I don’t want to leave the house. I know things happen and I am very understanding, but this is something that can’t be fixed. It has to heal with time. They need to be a little more professional at a place that charges $ 16 for an eyebrow waxing. I could have went to a nail salon and gotten this done for $ 9 and my skin would still be there. Get it together you guys.

I have been going to this location for a little over a year to get my eyebrows done. They do a great job. I have only had a little mess up 1 time and I go every 2 weeks. And… each time you pre-book for your next appointment you earn points. These points add up to give you discounts off a waxing or package deal. 500pts=$ 5 off. Each pre-book is 100 points.

I have had the pleasure of waxing at this location and I have been so impressed with the staff’s professionalism and technique that I have recommended this location to friends and even taken my daughter. There is usually no waiting, if you have an appointment, and arrive on time. The reception area is stylishly chic in décor. The treatment rooms are simple, yet clean. Your technician will spend a few moments getting to know you and confirming what areas you wish to have waxed. She will then ask you to disrobe and lie on the treatment table. She does not leave the room during this process; however, you are about to be waxed and that processed can’t be done from under a blanket! If you are cold/hot, she will offer to adjust the room temperature. This is the place to go for waxing services.

This place follows the general business model of other specialty strip mall spas, i.e. Faces 365 and Massage Envy. They bring you in with their introductory special offers for a free service, once its done they want you to buy a monthly membership. Their single service fees are heightened to make their membership fees sound reasonable. Don’t get me wrong their prices are still reasonable. Eyebrows are $ 15, Under Arms $ 15 and Brazilian only $ 39, these are their regular prices. They are the step in between your local nail salon that does waxing and an actual spa. They are streamlined and well organized, but don’t expect a spa experience. It looks like its almost a spa, but once your in a room it feels more like a doctor’s visit, i.e. the roll out paper protector on the bed. They are the fast food version of a spa, without you being thrown in a small back room of a dirty nail salon. If you do get your waxing on a regular basis it is a pretty good deal, quick and easy. If you don’t buy the membership expect a small sales pitch every time or an expectation for you to schedule another appointment. It is a franchise so you may have different experiences based on the location you use. I frequent which ever location I’m running errands near at the time I need a service done. I do recommend this location.

This place is definitely worth checking out since their pricing is so affordable. When you first walk in to the store you are greeted by a receptionist and a cute lobby with a big red rug. The rooms where you get waxed is pretty sterile looking, no warmth or cozy feeling. So if you are expecting or wanting a spa like feel don’t go here. I liked their bathroom, it was very spacious plus they provide personal wipes which is the first time I’ve seen that at any establishment. I had made an appointment and there was no wait. The only thing I wasn’t use too was having to undress and dress in front of my esthetician. There was definitely no time to get comfortable. I really liked how efficient and fast you were in and out plus their prices can’t be beat.

I wish I knew about this place when it first opened! I went for the first time at this location for a bikini and underarm, and I was impressed. First of all, the price is way affordable, especially compared to the spa places I used to go to before. Secondly, they have so many great deals going on constantly. I think I paid less than $ 50 including tip for both waxing services. Thirdly, the place is pristine and quiet. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes total. And getting an appointment to fit my schedule was easy. The front desk person was helpful when I called and made the appointment. There were 2 different deals going on, and I wasn’t sure which one would have given me a better deal, and she told me not to worry, she’d calculate the cheaper option for me, which was helpful since I was driving when I had called to make the appointment. I will definitely be coming back!

I went back the following day for my follow-up appointment and the technician was able to get my legs smooth for the most part. When I walked out, they were no worse than any other wax job I had before. As a first-time customer, I also set up an adjoining appointment to have my underarms waxed as my free service. The underarms didn’t hurt NEARLY as bad as the legs, and they actually stayed smoother. Overall, my opinion of EWC was much improved after my second appointment. Word to the wise, though. If you make an appointment to have your legs waxed, the longer the hair the better. The technician that did mine grew her hair out 4 weeks prior to waxing. She said the longer hair is easier for the wax to grip and usually doesn’t hurt as badly and yields better results. Also, if getting your full legs waxed, see if they will give you a double appointment. 30 minutes is not enough time when all is said and done.
