I came to Dr. K with Terrible neck pain. After one visit I saw benefits I never knew were possible. My sinuses opened up like never before. After the second visit my neck is back to 100% and I’m out being active again.
I would recommend this doctor and friendly staff to anyone seeking professional care related to chiropractic.

I have seen Dr. Kantara a few times over a period of several years and I have to say that he is BY FAR the most outstanding Chiropractor I have ever been to. The last time I went to him I was crying in terrible pain and hunched over. I could hardly drive or walk. After only a few sessions I was able to walk upright and had no pain at all. Now I just go for maintenance sessions. I can’t verbalize how much I appreciate his skill and patience. He takes the time to explain and educate so that you learn how to avoid getting injured again. If you have pain or even if you just want to maintain a healthy back, you just can’t afford to go anywhere else! You will not be dissapointed

Cedars Chiropractic and Wellness Center is my one stop shop for all my care practically. The staff is extremely nice. Dr. Kantara was very sweet and caring. He took time to explain my entire condition to me. There was no rushing through the appointment. I actually felt like a person as opposed to just another «patient» or number. It did not take many visits to cure my condition as well. I had been to other physical therapy clinics before for the same condition which took 3 months to rehab me. When I came to Cedars Dr. Kantara had my ankle better within 2 weeks. Also, there are so many options that you can choose from. Acupuncture, massage, tai chi, Juice Plus, nutrition, counselling, fitness classes, hypnosis, and multiple other things are offered in just that one office. I was interested in a couple of the aspects and each member of the team took the time to explain exactly what it is that they do or offer. Needless to say, I found a wellness center that I call home.

I was visiting Houston for Christmas and developed stiff neck and upper back pain. I was surprised when Dr Kantara answered the phone late at night. I was expecting the answering machine.
Dr Kantara actually came in on Sunday morning to treat me. After two visits, I was feeling great. He was very thorough; took his time to examine me and explain the different tests he was performing. I was very impressed by his approach.
I will definitely go back when I’m down here again!
