I took my Orange Dodge up to get an estimate. I filled out their estimate sheet and after I got done I had a lady tell me they can’t touch it. She told me they had one(Orange) car in similar and their workers could not get the paint to match on the car. She told me to take it to a Dodge place. I was in shock. You’re supposed to be in the Collision repair business and you’re telling me how you can’t repair a vehicle correctly. All I can say to this is WOW! I drove around in a 30 mile radius checking out other collision repair shops and none had an issue with the color of the car. This should tell everyone what they are in store for if you leave your car at Bill Fogle’s. Thanks for being honest, but if you can’t get paint to match why be in this business? You should have a machine that tells you the exact paint code and this shouldn’t be a problem. I had it touched up at another shop once and they didn’t have a problem and she told me to take it back to them. Again, WOW!

Beware of their representative, Candy!!! My car has been in their shop for 30 days now and they can’t seem to give me a date to which it will be finished. Now the insurance company is saying I have to pay for each day it remains in their shop. Our lawyers called and the manager only got into an argument when we asked them to fill out paper work to extend the rental car. Who does that!!! I don’t want to say these people are dumb but dang, these people are dumb!
