I really wish I could give this place negative stars. Their customer service is horrible. I’ve never been in the store and met a «knowledgable associate.» What’s even worse is if by some act of God you are fortunate enough to track down someone to help you 9 times out of 10 it’s «not their department» and they are offended if you ask for them to find you someone who works in that department then. I walked in today to buy a Fitbit, I already knew which one I was getting so it should’ve been a 5 minute venture, 30 minutes later I’m finally leaving the store. I get home excited to get it set up only to find out the associate gave me the wrong size. He assured me that I was a small and that it would definitely fit, I was skeptical but he was so sure of himself that I mistakenly trusted his judgement. I’ve been going to this store for years and have never had a good experience. Management needs to do something. SOON.

Absolute WORST customer service of any location. I have given this store numerous chances since the location is convenient to my house in Bay Colony but I have hit my limit and will gladly drive the extra few miles to Baybrook moving forward. When you can actually find someone to help you at this store(good luck) they are rude, dismissive and disrespectful. The assistant manager, Kashif, is the worst. After being in customer service for 20 years I am shocked at the way this man treated my husband after they screwed up his order. We have been Elite members with Best Buy for years and I have given this company way too much of my money to be treated so poorly. I have no idea how this assistant manager still has a job but Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves for employing such a low caliber of employee.

This place has the most horrible customer service and no one seems to know what’s going on or even familiar with their products. My bf and I purchased the«San Andreas» digital download plus movie prior to the release date of October 13. Basically, we pay full price for the DVD up front, receive a digital code to watch the movie NOW and then on the release date, we can pick up the hard copy DVD. I had to explain this to the clerk upon purchasing because she did not seem to know what was going on with the product or understand the details written on the product placement card. Fast forward two weeks, my bf took the receipt back to Best Buy to get the hard copy DVD that we purchased. Customer service gave him the runaround, basically did not want to give him the movie and acted like he was trying to steal something. As the staff scrambled to understand that we purchased a «digital media package» deal, my bf was literally in the store for almost an HOUR trying to explain to the staff and manager what the purchase entailed. The clerk had to read the entire description on the back of the purchase receipt to figure out what was going on. Horrible customer service — this transaction should have only taken 10 – 15 min max as opposed to almost an hour and ruined our plans for the rest of the day.

The checkout clerk took my driver license to check id and didn’t return it. I was busy doing the POS stuff and didn’t think about it. discovered it within 5 minutes at my lunch stop and called. I called them … And was on hold for 30 minutes. Drove back over in the meanwhile and showed the manager my phone, still on hold. He said there was an issue with their phone systems . And then he ran around looking for my license which they never found. I’m worried now about identity theft . Oh well my new photo is much better

I don’t know why I shop here, they always treat you like like you’re a criminal if you’re returning something, or even just asking questions. This seems to be a recurring theme and every Best Buy in Houston metro area. Don’t ever expect service from a warranty/protection plan that was purchased from them, and heaven forbid you buy a phone there. Stay away, shop online, PLEASE

This is exactly why I do not like this store! After walking around for 15 minutes not once was I asked if I needed anything. Plenty of Kids working there just not to help with anything other than playing around. Then they wonder why they will be closing there doors for good… POORSERVICE. Hell walley world treats me better…

I can’t believe I’m giving a Best Buy location a 5 star rating! But this is the first time in my life I had a stress free experience. The people at the customer service counter were super helpful. We came right at opening to pick up a new washer and dryer set, and you wouldn’t believe it, they HADIT!!! The guy was able to load it onto my truck with no trouble at all. But not only that the reason for this new purchase was my previous set was not working correctly, and it had been about 70 days since I purchased it. They were nice enough to allow me to return it for store credit. And the best part, the whole process only took a few minutes.

Ok so this is my go to Best Buy in the area. There is another one down by Baybrook mall but I like this one better. The selection is not as good as the other one but the staff is better. In the video game section there is one guy that is super friendly and helpful. It is easy to get in and out of and the store is clean and neat. Not a huge Best Buy fan but when I go to one this is the one.
