Watch out. The owners pick favorites! They discriminate and choose the same students as leads in all plays. Really disappointing being one of the few theaters for kids in the area

BATAVA offers an variety of classes from dance, theater, and voice lessons. My oldest daughter received private voice lessons for a couple of years before auditioning for universities. BATAVA prepared her not only with her voice, but also with the audition process and expectations. As a result, she was accepted into several voice performance programs, including Baylor University.
We decided to enroll my youngest child in theater, voice, and dance lessons as well. To me, this is an investment in their future and the sooner they start, the better. The self-​confidence and discipline that comes with this type of exposure is unsurpassed!
I highly recommend the programs at BATAVA. The love for their craft
shines through and I’m glad my children are part of this family!

This is a very affordable, esoteric academy for the performing arts. They offer several genres of educational courses in the arts for youngsters, including ballet/​tap, vocal, and piano lessons, as well as more that I may not be aware of. For 4 classes per month of ballet/​tap for my four year old, the cost is $ 50, plus registration, and we were offered a complimentary trial class. The ballet instructor works very well with the children. Not to end on a sour note, but my only qualm (and the reason behind the 4 star review) is an attitude of asaumption of parents activities outside the studio. We dont celebrate consumer holidays, and it bothers me personally to have that be an unwarranted aspect of my daughter’s professional education. But aside from that personal issue, it is a high quality facility dedicated to having your child excel in whichever subject they are being instructed.
