Loved my service here! Liem was my stylist and he did a fabulous job. My eyelashes look natural and super sexy. There was no pain and I even fell asleep a few times. The manager, Jessica, was also a great help. She explained how to take care of them and help them last longer. If you like liquid eye liner they have the best I have ever seen along with other awesome products! I will diffidently be going back and possibly even get a membership.

I would not recommend getting your lashes done here. My experience was uncomfortable from beginning to end. And weeks later I’m still suffering the consequences! I know this is lengthy, but it’s worth reading/being informed before considering going to this establishment! When I first arrived it was obvious the staff was in disarray. My friend and I booked our appointments for the same time… However it seemed that one of our appointments was deleted during scheduling. Thus, they were not prepared to accommodate the both of us. She asked me to sit and wait for«five minutes» while they went ahead and started on my friend. I took a seat on their(uncomfortable) couch and looked over to find a bucket full of brown tinted water and a sponge on the floor next to me. That should have been my first clue. After about 35 minutes of waiting for an available lash technician, I was finally called back to a room. I picked out the style and length I wanted and she got started. Quite the uncomfortable process. I was poked in the eye a few times and also got a bit of the glue in my eye. Which, in all honesty, may very well have been my fault. It’s extremely hard to keep your eyes perfectly closed for 1hr+. Nonetheless it was painful. To make things even more uncomfortable, the door to my room was left open during the entire process. Unfortunately for me, they were having some type of cable/wifi difficulties that day. One of the employees was on the phone with the cable company and made no efforts to be the least bit quiet about it. Not only was she incredibly rude to whomever she was talking to, she was also incredibly annoying to listen to for over 30 minutes. My technician also ANSWERED her cell phone while in the middle of doing my lashes. Though she said it was her child’s father and she needed to answer, I could hear both ends of the conversation. Obviously concert tickets are more important than customer service. I completely understand ones children come first. But if it were an absolute emergency, the front desk should have been called by the father and she should have been contacted that way. Payment process was even more irritating. They were VERY pushy with up-selling product/memberships and did not want to take no for an answer. However, I somehow ended up leaving with what I intended to spend. $ 100 in total for services and tip(which she was lucky to get). Fast forward a week and a half later. my lashes looked horrible and I was developing an eye infection. Even after following ALL recommended maintenance routines. I decided to go ahead and remove them. Bought some lash remover and did it myself. Two weeks post removal and I still have a reoccurring stye/eye infection in the same eye(never had a problem with styes or eye infections like this before!) Scheduling a doctors appointment this week. NEEDLESSTOSAY… Pay the extra amount and go somewhere else! I will not be back! And have told absolutely everyone I can not to come here! P. S. My friend had a similarly horrible experience.

BAYCOLONYLOCATION = AWFUL I’ve been a member(«under contract») for about 10 months now, and EVERY single time there is a problem when I go in for my refill!!! Problems meaning– they’ll say more than a % of my lashes are gone and would have to be considered a FULL set instead of a refill. They constantly try to upcharge you. So just note that yes you are paying for a monthly refill of $ 45, but that literally last for about 2wks. So ultimately you’ll have to get a mini refill which is another $ 30 plus tip, which brings your monthly to about $ 80 a month.(which is the same coat as a full set) it’s a never ending cycle. NOTONLYTHAT: HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! When I call-in to schedule my appointment the girls on the phone literally screw something up every time!!! Honestly, the people working the front desk are absolute idiots!!! The manager Elania does great work on the eyelashes, but awful customers service wise! The stylist Kelly, is just a flat out B-word! The only one I can honestly recommend /haven’t had an issue with is the stylist MiMi!(very sweet yet quite but does great eyelashes)

I would try a different location. My lashes today turned out just fine but there were so many awkward moments and up-sell attempts they tried to throw at me, it was just a weird experience and I actually feel lucky I got out of there paying what I had expected. I will appreciate and highlight that even though I came in at 4 weeks for a touch up(not knowing 3 weeks was the max) they still honored the touch up rate. It took a tense conversation to get there but I realize that probably happens a lot with lash clients.

THISPLACEWILLRIPYOUOFF! I’ve been a member at this locations for several months. Had no opinion one way or the other. Not a friendly location but I was there just to get a service and for the most part it was satisfactory. Little improvement with lashes could have happen but I’m not a big complainer. I’ve seen several people arguing at the front desk but just thought those people are difficult. Well was I wrong! Now it was me this time. Went to get a refill. Now remember, I pay 45.99 a month since I’m a member. Been for about 6 months now. I go regularly 2 to 3 weeks. This appointment, I went 3 wks and 5 days for my last appointment. After I got my lashes done they tell me I have to pay for a full set because it’s been almost 4 weeks since my last appointment. The manager Elaina spoke with told me she has had a problem with me before. WHAT! and told me I had to pay. I told her to look at my file and see I’m come regularly and this is not a usual I had things come up and I couldn’t get in. She told me to make my appointment in advance And she walked away. They have my card on file and I’m in a Contract so What do you do? They took advantage of me. Then when I got my receipt they arranged the charges to look like I had other services done. Lashes removed added volume etc. Rediculous! This is not how you run a business. If there is a 4 wk refill rule. Ok. But if the client is a regular good customer you work with them. And it was a one time! Very bad business. Be aware before you go to this location.

I started coming to this location since it is literally 5 minutes from my house. This was the first time my lashes were ever glued together in two years… and also the first time they literally fell off on their own just one day after getting them done. Absolutely unacceptable for the cost. They had a different technician fix them for me, but it was a botched job as well – several lashes were criss-crossed and glued together to one extension. This has happened on each occasion I have visited them. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt being they are convenient but I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes for a good job elsewhere. Also I wish the atmosphere was more relaxing like the other locations I have visited(heights and shepherd). Staff is friendly… but I will stick to my old location.

DONOTGETYOURLASHESDONEHERE! I had the most horrific experience from them! A few hours after getting mine done, my eyes began to water and turn red. I called & the staff told me «this was normal and my eyes were adjusting.» Around 6:00pm that same day my eye lids started swelling severely. I called again and the staff told me «to just take Benadryl» because nobody could take my lashes off until the next day… I diligently took Benadryl as the box directed & as frequently as I could according to the label. By midnight though, my eyelids were inflamed the size of golf balls and it became increasingly difficult to open my eye at all!!! My lash line itched like ants were biting me and it was extremely tender to touch. I could not sleep; the agony was too much. I had no choice. The lashes needed to come off IMMEDIATELY. It was excruciatingly PAINFUL; I tried to preserve my natural lashes but the majority of them were lost when the fake lashes were taken off. I spent over three, painful hours tediously lifting a severely swollen eyelid to take off the«Amazing Lashes». I cried. It was the worst experience I ever had to endure. I had to pay for an ophthalmology visit and a $ 50 eye drop to get the swelling down. My eyelid was swollen for 4 full days afterwards and I had to take off work!!! The owner of the lash studio ensured me I would get a refund. She saw my swollen face and what their lashes had done to me. ONEMONTHLATER I still haven’t received a refund. Bottom Line is: DON’T LETTHISHAPPENTOYOU.

This was my second time getting eyelash extensions. The first time I ever got them I was so disappointed but my friend asked me to try this place. What a difference! The front desk staff was great and Sheilla who did my lashes was awesome! I got the two tone lashes and they look. Well. Amazing! I love them so much I got a membership so I can come back every month!
