Really good flower shop, with top quality arrangements. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star review is that this is the second year in a row where I’ve pre-​ordered Valentine’s Day flowers a week in advance and they weren’t ready when I came to pick them up. I’ve been waiting for almost 20 minutes and all the last minute shoppers are getting out before me! This year I was told that even though I ordered in person at the Layton store, that my address in Syracuse made me closer to the Ogden store and they made them there for pick up! It’s now been 30 minutes and I’m still waiting for my purchase.

Thanks to the fast customer service in this beautiful shop my new daughter-​in-​law had a bridal boutique that she loved. The staff was fast and made a few small changes in flower selection to fit the brides personality perfectly. Nice people and fair pricing.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received today at this establishment. I am a loyal customer of this flower shop and have returned several times to buy dance flowers and so on. I was looking into ordering a floral headband for a wedding and with the hours I wasn’t able to take in a picture so I asked if it was possible to get an email address. They gave me the address and after trying it four times (all coming back with attachment saying sender rejected email) I assumed I’d wrote the email down wrong. When I called back I asked if I had gotten it wrong and the woman on the phone was very short and impatient with me. Although the flowers have always been good, this experience left such a terrible impression that I will not be returning!

We ordered a bouquet for a friend at 10am, and they were delivered by 2pm the same day. She said they were the most beautiful flowers she has ever received, and that they continue to bloom & get more beautiful every day. I prefer to order local & Jimmy’s didn’t disappoint. The flowers we’re a little pricey, but flowers always are :) Thanks Jimmy’s Flower Shop!

Customer service was very poor, extremely unfriendly and acted like they didn’t want my business. Could have been an off day, but I was not pleased with it at all. Flowers ate pretty though.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my my girlfriend on Valentine’s Day and will never order from here again. I gave it 2 stars because they were delivered on time to a hotel, with no issues. However, the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and kept interrupting me when I’d talk. Yes, it was Valentine’s week and they were busy, but there’s never a reason to talk to a customer like that.
