Please Please Please make your flooring purchases from a company that stands behind their product and service, Buy Direct does not stand behind their product or service. My carpet is loose and needs to be re-​stretched and the nails from the tack strip stab your feet if your not wearing shoes. The only solution that Buy Direct had was to get me into contact with one of their installers so that I could pay to have them come fix shoddy work. I will find an installer that is not affiliated with Buy Direct. Because of their unwillingness to stand behind their product, when I finished my basement I made my flooring purchases at Lowe’s. I cannot tell you how big of a difference it was with this carpet. Please look for a company that wants to keep you as a customer, not just get a sale.

The worst customer service I have ever seen from the salesperson, installers, and manager. Nothi g was explained and then they wanted me to pay extra for work that needed to be done. Nobody calls to let you know they will be late. Missed measured the amount of wood had to reorder. Installers were late all three times. I will never do business with this company again

They will not take responsibility for their own mistakes. I took in my own measurements in inches and the sales girl then converted them in to square feet which come to find out were wrong. She shorted us 125 feet. I then had to go back and pick up the rest and have the installer come back on a different day. They then would not compensate me for the extra fee I had to pay the installer for coming on another day. Had they calculated right this would have never been a problem. Instead he just told me that was not their fault. I will not be returning there and recommend that if you expect a company to be responsible and hold true to their own mistakes that you do not go there either.
