Love this place! I’ve been vaping for almost 2 years and this is the only place I’ll go. They’re extremely helpful and courteous. They’ve given me replacement pieces for my tanks at no charge, helped me troubleshoot any issues I have, and upgraded me when they were out of something I needed. I love that they give a military discount and have a rewards program that I don’t have to keep track of myself with a punch card. Definitely recommend to anyone curious about vaping and just starting out. I won’t go anywhere else.

When we first moved to Lawton we could not find a vape shop… and were SO happy when this one opened. I couldn’t get in on the day they opened due to it being so close to my husband leaving for a deployment… but when I finally did go in I bought juice and all the stuff I had been needing. I so desperately wanted to like it. The people seemed nice so I thought all would be great. Then I tried the juice… and while it tasted great I was also greeted by a near instantaneous migraine of massive proportions. I took my meds… thought it was a coincidence… and tried again later after I felt better. This time… I tried a different flavor, and the same thing happened. I can’t use their juice at all. I don’t know what they’re putting in it that the other shops in town aren’t using… but there IS something extra in their juice that gives me the worst migraines I’ve ever had. They were also extremely rude to a friend when I brought her in with me. She was curious about my vape stuff… and as soon as they found out that she didn’t vape… they ignored her completely… despite her questions because she was planning on getting something for her husband. I really should have written this review quite some time ago… but I was actually so frustrated by the whole experience of dealing with them that I couldn’t. The only reason they even get two stars is because they did at least have the cartridges that I needed before I was able to find a new shop to go to.

In 1955, my father, TechSgt Robert M. Schneider of the USAF was based at a location in the Nevada desert that the CIA had ironically named«Paradise Ranch.» This parched, abandoned area of the Southwest was home to many«Top Secret» operations, most notably, the U-2 Project. In 1957, my father(in an account related to me several times during my childhood) was in charge of conducting an innocuous inventory, tracking down pieces of equipment that had gone missing over the years, in an attempt to justify the base’s ever growing budget to a curious Congressional committee. On the evening of November 16th, 1957 at 1900 hours, he entered an aircraft hangar that he believed to be empty. There were no guards posted, no doors locked, no signs forbidding admittance. Upon entering the hangar, he immediately noticed a large, domed object under a tarpaulin Naturally curious, he approached this object and began to lift a corner of the tarp. Suddenly, he felt a cold, round object pressed behind his right ear that he immediately identified as the barrel of a Smith & Wesson Model 10 service revolver. A voice behind him said«Sorry, Sarge, but I’m under orders. You lift that tarp another inch, I’m, gonna blow your head off.» He let the heavy fabric fall back down and, never turning around, walked slowly towards the exit and into the chill Nevada air. Fast-Foward now to March, 2014. Having found myself in the small but rambling Oklahoman town of Lawton, I was out for a drive to become acquainted with my new home. It was a cool, clear day with a blue sky and though the outside air was quite cold, I had rolled down my passenger side window on my truck so my dog could just push her nose out of the crack and enjoy all of the new scents she was encountering in the Great Plains. It was during this exploratory drive that I passed a strip mall, like so many others I had seen on my drive across the country. I vaguely took note of the businesses listed: «Photography!» “Salon!” “Massage!“ One sign in particular caught my attention as it read«The Vapor Hut» Having a full command of the English language and being familiar with all of the ways in which the words both«vapor» and«hut» could be used, but reaching no discernible reason why they should be together on a sign, I took a hard left into the parking lot. My poor pup, lacking opposable thumbs to hang on, skittered towards me, eyes wide. It was here that I first learned about Electronic Cigarettes and the beginnings of a new fad called«Vaping». Like my father before me on that cold night in Nevada, I entered into a world where the mundane shared a blurred frontier with the future and all of the possibilities that the human imagination can employ. Offering a full range of products and a menu of signature«E-juices» that are beyond exemplary, I also became acquainted with the employees of «Vapor Hut» who make each and every visit an exciting and yet comfortable jump into the world of vaping and electronic cigarette accessories. I highly recommend that anyone in the Lawton area, wishing to kiss the mundane goodbye, stop into«The Vapor Hut» at 1910 B East Gore Blvd.
