I went to this location this past weekend for a cut. The staff was friendly and I felt comfortable… at first. My hairdresser made a point to tell her co-​worker (in front of clients) that she was in a rush because her shift was ending in a few minutes. She did not wash my hair which I thought was odd… I have never not had my hair washed when getting a haircut. She rushed through my haircut and was finished in about 10 minutes… which definitely showed. When I got home and looked more closely at what she had done I was really upset. She left long strands of hair and didn’t bother to make sure the ends were even. I could have given myself a haircut and it would have looked better than what this «professional» did. Note to the manager: please do not allow your employees to take a client when they are in a rush to leave and couldn’t care less about the client or the quality of their haircut! Never going back here.

Took my husband here for a much needed trim. It was actually today (Saturday 9:30 am) and we were quite impressed! My hubby was seated right away so there was no wait time and no appt needed. It only took 30 minutes to get in and out which was perfect and the price was reasonable @18 AFTER tip and please keep in mind I tip very well. Overall I got my husband to the Lawton airport for his flight to Dallas with plenty of time to check in, etc and he didn’t have to go looking all duck dynasty. The two girls that were there were very pleasant and we will be back in the future!

The address on this place is WRONG. Also if you google map it on your iphone you will be directed accross the street. I still don’t know what the address of the place is. Just call. It is across the street next to WhatABurger.
You can’t beat a $ 10 trim. There is a promotional price going on. The haircuts are usually $ 13. My hair is super straight and long. I ask for a simple cut, so Supercuts worked for me. It was nice I walked in and literally waited 15 – 20 min. My haircut was fast too. I can’t complain.

I recently got my hair cut at the Cache Rd location in Lawton Oklahoma. I must say it was by far the worst hair cut I have ever received. Not only was my hair completely uneven, but the woman who cut my hair was extremely unprofessional. She complained to me about having to be at work that day and even asked another hair dresser when they were going to stop taking hair cuts (it wasn’t even 7:30pm on a Friday night). She parted my hair vertically all around and held the hair above my head when she cut, not once did she cut my hair horizontality so my hair gets shorter and shorter going left to right. I left with completely uneven hair and chunky unblended, uneven layers. I didn’t ask her fix it in fear that she would just mess it up even more. I am extremely disappointed with the cut and lack of unprofessionalism. I have been to this location numerous times but this will definitely be the last time I ever trust in a Supercuts.
