Radio Cab

The worst. I call to arrange a pickup at 330 for a 530 pickup. At 545 when they still had not arrived, i called the company. The lady informed me that the sherriffs department had showed up and she had to stop everything she was doing. My response: «i called over two hours ago, how does that affect me.» After many rude responses from her, she tells me my cab will be there in one min. The cab arrives, i hop in (gagging from the thick cigarette fumes) and buckled up. Over the radio, the woman from the phone tells the cab driver to explain what happen and she’ll pay the fare, which is the least she could do since i could have missed my plane. The driver simply looks at me and says «i just got the call to pick you 5 mins ago’ WHAT! I called two hours ago. After some small talk, i said «why were the police there again?» He then tells me that the were there to serve him because a lady did not pay him so hes been going by her house everyday to get the payment and she filed a restraining order. Again, WHAT! My theory: she didnt call the driver because she didnt want the police to know where he was and come get him. STAY AWAY!!! I cant believe Unilocal makes me give them even one star.
