Not a 5 star only because they do not have the change machine at this branch. We arrived in Lawton, OK in July 2015 from Camp Lejeune, NC where we have three locations with change machines. Other than that we adore NFCU and will continue to bank with them as long as possible. We have bank accounts, car loans and they’re the only credit card we use. Keep up the great work and thanks for always serving us with a smile.

I like having a credit union instead of a bank. It’s nice to be a member here and have discounts on some of the services. I wish they had an option to put a picture on the debit card, but they don’t have one. I miss that from my old bank but not a deal breaker from navy federal. It doesn’t have a drive thru either but I’m happy here! It does have online banking which can be a plus for those who use it. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Don’t forget to pick up freebies at the door when you switch over to navy federal!
