Routine oil change turned into a 3 hour affair. Manager is a nice guy but this place is by no means cheap.

We were traveling through Lawton, pulling our rv, when the rear brakes went out on our truck. Came here because it was the closest brake place. They lacked one part, and it was a Saturday. Called everywhere, no luck. Had to order the part, wouldn’t be in until Monday! Steve let us park inside the alleyway of his storage facility in the back of his shop. He let us hook up to their electricity and water. Austin and Trevor were also very nice and helpful. My husband needed a ride to get an adapter for the electricity, no problem! Another employee used his truck to move our trailer around back. We were stranded, literally, and they went above and beyond helpful! You can’t go wrong doing business here!

I recently purchased dual exhausts, a 40 series Flow Master, and a K and N cold air intake for my truck. Total was around $ 900. Mangager told me they opened at 8 a.m. I arrived the next morning at 7:50.They took my truck in and I sat to wait the esitmated 3 hours I was told it would take. About an hour and a half later the manager comes to me and tells me the intake wasn’t made for my year of vehicle. (I was told the day prior it was good to go) I told him fine, just cancel that and I’ll continue with the dual exhausts. 4 hours later, i approach the manage and ask why my truck is still sitting on the lift. The response was he had to pull the mechanic off to do oil changes. (One guy certified to weld steel). HMMMMM. 30 dollar oil changes or 500 dollar exhaust???
Finally the truck is done. I ask about the refund for the intake. The manager says he cant reverse the charge because he doesnt have the authority. Long story short, I had to return 4 days later because once I called and asked why the money wasn’t in my account, the owner replied that I had to bring the card in for the reversal. (I wasn’t told this 4 days prior from the Manager). Never go here for anything. They do not care about their customers, no matter how much you are spending. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
