Locally own with friendly staffs. They also have a lot of classes like Zumba, yoga, spin and more.

Horrible music that they play loud enough to interfer with you listening to their TV with ear phone… I guess the people behind the desk are so bored they just play mind-numbing music for themselves. I hate going there because of the noisy, annoying music. Yes, I have asked them to turn it down… and they do .but then it back up after while.

As a long time 24 hour fitness member, I was deeply saddened to find out they did not exist in the state of Oklahoma. Weird. So, I was in desperate need to find a gym after I moved here in Lawton. I moved here in Lawton temporarily and since there’s not much to do here, figured it’s time to step up my ‘work out game’. After searching relentlessly for an INEXPENSIVE gym in a decent area, my roommate and I came across a tv commercial for freedom fitness. We decided to check it out, and it was exactly what I was looking for. In total, there’s a good amount of cardio machines, almost every weight lifting machine you need, and a circuit room to get a decent workout in about 30 min! There’s also a separate cardio room decked out in black lights, neons, and black walls so you can run in the ‘dark.’ Great for the ladies or gents who like to work out discreetly i guess. There’s also a Zumba class that’s $ 4 bucks per class. Never tried it though. I’m more a turbo kick boxing kind of person. Free tanning beds and can bring a free guest too for the VIP membership. I decided to do the VIP membership for about $ 23/month that my roommate and I share. Basically the same price as two individual $ 11/month memberships. Overall, decent gym, if you’re looking for the basics. Never too busy in the sense that the cardio machines aren’t all taken at peak times. You’ll find something to use. Not gonna lie… what sold me was that black light cardio room… definitely different. definitely awesome.

Their new name is Freedom Fitness now. Great location, service and relatively big. basic package starts from 10 bucks a month. Enrollment fees, annual fees you easily walk out of the door at $ 80. The best way to do it its enroll their VIP membership which has no enrollment fees than switch to basic memebership a month later that will save you at least $ 30.
